Most photos are edited for online viewing, with printing as the after-thought. Everything we do, from lighting to editing, is to create jaw-dropping prints that can be passed down as heirlooms. Online sharing is just a great bonus.

These sessions are perfect for getting squishy cute family photos, or documenting your child every year. Short and sweet and loads of fun.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After scheduling a date & time, you’ll come to our home in Gladstone, we’ll visit for a bit, and then turn on some of your favorite music while you take a seat in the red chair. Note: group photos are straight-out, since our studio lighting is designed for solid, gorgeous lighting for these single portraits. We definitely do family sessions, however, just separate from this method & setup.

WHAT TO WEAR

These are not glamour shots and not formal head shots, so wear YOU. The most “you” thing you can think of. A spouse or loved one is usually the most helpful with this! We want to capture a time capsule of what you’re like right now. What you’re into, the style of glasses you’re wearing these days, what you wear on an average Tuesday. For best editing and printing, stay away from solid red, white, or black tops. If you’re unsure, bring a few options and we can decide here.

Each photo you have printed from us will go through an additional, more rigorous editing process (blemish removal, hair flyaways, lint, etc.), anything that detracts from the personality shining through.
